Meet Dr. Shayli
Hi, I'm Shayli.
From the time I got married until the birth of my first son, I struggled with pelvic pain. I sat where you're sitting now: frustrated and wondering if this was just something I had to live with. That experience is exactly why Restore exists.
I'm a mom of three boys, and each of their births taught me something the textbooks didn't. Now I combine that lived experience with over 15 years of clinical expertise to help women get real answers and real relief.
I earned my undergraduate degree from Baylor University and my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Duke University in 2011. But what I bring to every session goes beyond credentials: I know what it's like to be on your side of this.
